Aegean Air is introducing a number of changes to its schedules for 2025, with 7 new direct routes being added domestically and 2 internationally. In Crete, the airline will be flying direct from Chania to Rhodes and from Heraklion to Rhodes, Naxos, Kos and Corfu. Internationally, it will be flying direct from Athens to Iraq and Azerbaijan. The following details of the new routes have been released:

Flights to Baku are currently being quoted from €128.00 outward and €132.00 inward, with flight times of 3:10 and 3:30 hrs respectively. Flights to Erbil are from €107.00 each way, with flight times of 2:30 hrs outward and 3:00 hrs inward.
