A significant number of springs in Crete fulfil the prevailing criteria to be recognised as medicinal, according to a study by the Technical University of Crete which was presented to the Deputy Regional Governor for Chania Nikos Kalogeris on Friday 4th August. Presenting the study was Professor Manolis Manoutsoglou, Dean of the University’s School of Mineral Resources Engineering, as noted in a press release put out by the Regional Unit of Chania.
